Simply select your desired products, click buy to add to cart and then go to checkout and fill in the payment/shipping details.
After payment is completed, the period for manufacturing the piece and delivery begins.
You can track your orders in “My Account”
If the purchase is for a “Personalized Pop” or “wedding cake topper”, it is also necessary to send photos of the person or character with all their desired characteristics via our Instagram.
Do you want to buy a personalized Pop of a person or character that is not available in our store? No problem. That’s why we’ve added the option to buy a “Personalized Pop”, in which the customer will send us photos and all the details they want for this piece via Instagram.
Just go to “Store”, enter the “Personalized Pop” product, make the purchase and send us photos and details for making this personalized piece.
After payment confirmation, a period of 60 days begins for the preparation and shipping of the order. The tracking code will be made available as soon as possible.
If the order is delayed or advanced, we will inform the customer!
Remembering that our store is located in Brazil, so shipping may take up to 30 days after shipping.
